Welcome to Pirate BJJ! By accessing or using our website, signing up for classes, or requesting information, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Use
   Pirate BJJ provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction, events, and related services. By participating, you agree to follow all rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by our staff.

2. Enrollment and Payments
   Class registration and trial sign-ups may require payment information. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Pirate BJJ reserves the right to modify fees, schedules, or services at any time.

3. Free Trial Requests
   By requesting a free trial, you consent to receive follow-up communications from Pirate BJJ via email, phone, or text regarding your trial, class schedules, and promotions.

4. A2P Compliance for SMS & Email
   Pirate BJJ uses Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging to send confirmations, reminders, and marketing communications. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive these communications. Message frequency may vary. Standard messaging rates apply.

5. User Conduct
   You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, harassment, or actions that may harm other participants or staff.

6. Limitation of Liability
   Pirate BJJ is not liable for injuries sustained during classes or events, except where required by law. Participation is at your own risk.

7. Privacy and Data
   Personal information is collected, stored, and used according to our Privacy Policy (see below).

8. Termination
   Pirate BJJ may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or at our discretion.

9. Governing Law
   These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of [State], without regard to conflict of laws principles.
